Antonio Luzano is an illustrator and artist based in Helsinki, Finland.

Born in Montréal to Filipino parents, he is a first-generation Filipino Canadian who moved to Finland in 2022. He works between children’s book illustration and his independent studio practice. Lately his focus is on Monsieur Henri, a visual journal centered on stillness and finding warmth in small moments.

His work explores solitude, belonging, and quiet moments. Animals and simple scenes become a way to explore closeness, stillness, and the feeling of finding home. Growing up between cultures and building a life in a new country has shaped this perspective.

He has over 10 years of professional experience as an illustrator and designer in the animation and publishing industries, with credits including the Moominvalley animated series and picture books with CrackBoom! Books.

Ordering from both Monsieur Henri and the Quiet Animals collection? Shipping costs may combine higher than necessary due to separate shipping profiles.

For US customers

International orders ship via UPS. Customs duties or UPS handling fees may apply upon delivery and are outside of my control. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

For EU customers except Finland

EU Shipping Pause as of August 12 2026 (unless stated otherwise for some items)

Due to new EU packaging compliance regulations (PPWR/EPR) coming into effect August 12th 2026, I'm temporarily pausing shipping to EU countries outside Finland until further notice.

These regulations require independent sellers to register separately in every EU country they ship to, incurring extra large fees and bureaucracy which is a process that isn't currently feasible for a small one-person studio.

Finland orders continue as normal. UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the zones outside of EU are unaffected.

I'm monitoring the situation and hope to resume EU shipping once there's more clarity. Likely after October 2026 when further regulatory guidance is expected.

Shipping from Helsinki

All orders are packed and shipped from my studio in Helsinki, Finland. As of 9.2026 I am on parental leave - orders are fulfilled and shipped every Sunday and Monday. Thank you for your patience and support.
